Concept
The potential buyers are spinning a giant wheel to decide their fate with an unlicensed broker. There are many sections on the wheel with different
risks if the arrow lands on it. There is only one very small section with a property. ( Showing how using an unlicensed broker is risky.)
The first couple spins and loses and gets eaten by a snake dramatically. A new couple spin and despite all odds win and land on the property, though
the unlicensed broker gives them a mini model of a house. (Showing how even if you do seemingly get a good deal with an unlicensed broker, there
are hidden risks). Another couple joins the game and is asked by the unsilenced broker if they would like to try their luck, they decline exclaiming ‘ i
do not need luck i need a licensed broker! ‘ (Showing that if you use a licensed broker you don't need to gamble and take risks , it is safe and
reliable, and that using an unlicensed broker to buy property does not guarantee a good outcome and is risky)

SFX: {Game show theme music plays} welcome to spin the wheel!
HOST: we have a new couple calling in to challenge the wheel!
COUPLE: thanks for inviting us! We are excited to get the chance to buy an amazing property!
HOST: we’ll see about that, without further or do let's spin! the! wheel! HOST: oh looks like they have landed on the snake!
COUPLE: w...whaaat? SFX: SNAP! {the snakes jaw snatches them up}
COUPLE: {muffled} Honey look on the brightside… we got 200sqm for free! HOST: Will tonight's next couple have more luck?
SFX: {game show suspense music}
HOST: Wow! despite all odds they won the property!
HOST: Hang its in my pocket somewhere! Listeners they won a 1cmsq origami house! COUPLE 2: { Dial Tone } HOST: Will tonight's 3rd couple be so lucky?
COUPLE: Hah, we don't need luck! We need a licensed broker!
